OBNDD officials have issued guidance warning medical marijuana businesses that they must register with the federal goverment in order to avoid facing punishment, including potentially having their state license revoked. A letter was sent out to all on Friday May 8th, stating all cannabis operatore are required to complete the Drug Enforecement Administration (DEA) registration form.
OBNDD registration system is still experiencing an outage. They have released a spreadsheet of medical marijuana registrations to assist registrantrs in verifying the status prior to placing and reciving orders. They are communicating with there vendor and monitoring the situation closely.

OBNDD On January 29, 2026, OBN’s Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at the Glass Emporium in Miami, Oklahoma for selling marijuana products without a Dispensary Registration. OBN MET Agents seized several thousand pounds of marijuana and marijuana products Arrests are pending as this investigation continues.
On January 8, 2026, OBN's Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at Ivory Nation Farm Inc. at 23993 Brangus Rd. in Tecumseh, Oklahoma as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal cultivation using an OBN Registration obtained by fraud. OBN MET Agents seized 5,631 marijuana plants. Arrests are pending as this investigation moves forward. One individual was taken into the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
